Yoga for the New Mother

As mothers we have very few moments to focus on ourselves with the constant demands of caring for our babies, so we invite you to come, relax and connect with other mothers on this new journey. This class focuses on a mother's innate ability to manage stressful situations through restorative poses, breathing techniques and deep relaxation. By cultivating a personal practice of truly listening to your own needs you will reduce stress, anxiety and, ultimately, gain empowerment and compassion for yourself. We invite you to stay after class for tea and snacks for a chance to deepen your connection with this new community.
Mothers at any stage are encouraged to attend. Babies are always welcome, as are other members of your support team if needed.
