Through both one-on-one and group support, new parents have the opportunity to validate experiences and gain help and encouragement. Postpartum Support Group
Is motherhood not what you expected? After giving birth, are you overwhelmed, anxious or worried? Do you feel alone, sad, tired, stressed? Bozeman Health's Postpartum Support Group may help you find your balance after giving birth. If you are a mother within the first year of postpartum who needs support, you are welcome with or without your baby. You will find encouragement, acceptance and other moms facing similar challenges who share concerns in a supportive space. Healthy Gallatin Home Visiting
All Healthy Gallatin Home Visiting services are free and can be tailored to specific family needs. Services include developmental milestone information and screenings, breastfeeding education and support, education on infant care and nutrition, as well as assistance in accessing community resources. Through one-on-one visits with a nurse, social worker or family support worker, you can build a trusted relationship, get prenatal and parenting support and have your questions answered to better prepare yourself for successful parenthood.
