At Roots Family Collaborative, we know support from preconception, to pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond is not a luxury - it’s a necessary part of growing a family.
We exist to connect families to families, families to professionals, and professionals with one another during this unique, and often challenging developmental stage.
Through our support groups, programs, classes and special events, paired with our incredible resource collaborative, we are able to raise awareness about perinatal mental health, normalize the expectations of the perinatal period, and strengthen support networks for our growing community, ultimately creating a vast safety net for the hundreds of families undergoing this major life transition each year.
