Support Groups

Finding the right support group can be healing, while also helping build your community.

Infertility Support Group

Postpartum Support Group

Is motherhood not what you expected? After giving birth, are you overwhelmed, anxious or worried? Do you feel alone, sad, tired, stressed? Bozeman Health's Postpartum Support Group may help you find your balance after giving birth. If you are a mother within the first year of postpartum who needs support, you are welcome with or without your baby. You will find encouragement, acceptance and other moms facing similar challenges who share concerns in a supportive space.

Blossom Mom

Blossom Mom is a nurturing group for new and expecting moms with little ones of all ages, all stages who wish to connect on the joys and challenges of pregnancy and parenthood while gaining wisdom and support from other mothers along the way.

Dads Group

Becoming a father is a major life transition often consisting of unfamiliar experiences and emotions, which may include a loss of identity, loss of connection with your partner, financial stress, social stress, and more. This group welcomes new and expecting fathers to take a breath and be real.

Loss Support Circle

Grief and loss, at any stage, can be isolating. But you are not alone. Our pregnancy and infant loss support group is here for you to connect, share your story in a safe space, or just sit with others who understand. Click here for additional Loss Support Resources

Fresh Air Families

Fresh Air Families is a weekly summer program for parents to explore local parks and trails while creating community and embracing the benefits of being in nature, with good company and fresh air. 

​Infant Feeding Circle

At Roots, our Infant Feeding Support Circle is a peer-to-peer support group for all mothers learning to feed their babies, while connecting with other mothers and resources in the process.

re:born

re:born is a monthly gathering open to all parents who wish to feel supported and connected through story sharing. Each occasion has a guest storyteller to kick off the conversation for the evening.
