About The Provider Collaborative

The Roots Family Collaborative mission is to connect all families to the support they need from preconception to parenthood. Roots exists to connect families to families, families to professionals, and professionals to one another during this unique and often challenging development stage.

As our community continues to grow and the demand for services increases, Roots is expanding its efforts to better support, connect, and grow the perinatal provider community in Montana. In addition to the widely distributed perinatal resource guide, in 2025 Roots started the Provider Collaborative—a membership-style initiative offering partnership plans and exclusive benefits designed to strengthen provider connections and enhance community impact.

If you have any additional questions, feel free to contact us or apply HERE.

There are three Partner Plans available, tailored to the size of your practice

  1. Support Plan: This option includes the essential service providers have always received—a listing in the resource guide and online directory—at the same price as before.

  2. Connect Plan: In addition to the listing, this plan offers access to learning opportunities, social networking events, and information-sharing benefits.

  3. Grow Plan: This all-inclusive option includes everything in the Connect Plan, plus up to 16 hours per year of reserved space at Roots for your programming needs, along with the opportunity to apply for program partnerships with Roots.

Roots Perinatal Guide 2025

The Roots Perinatal Guide 2025 highlights those professionals in our community who have received specific training in perinatal mood and anxiety disorders as well as those who have worked with families in this unique developmental stage. The Roots Perinatal Guide does not serve as a recommendation or endorsement of specific providers, it simply serves as an informational listing for those seeking support.
